Welcome to Cosmos Cake Co.! My name is Alyssa, and I started decorating cakes in high school and haven't stopped since. After a short stint in teaching, I quit my job and decided to turn my hobby into a career.

Some of my favorite memories have been made baking with others or enjoying delicious treats in celebration of life events. My hope is that my cakes create the same sweet memories for you and your loved ones.

My husband, Michael, and I got married in September 2022.
My favorite cake flavor is s'mores.
Baking has been one of my favorite things to do since I was a kid and helped my mom whip up desserts for our family of eight.
The inspiration for the name "Cosmos Cake Co." comes from the October birth flower, which became very special to me when my husband and I miscarried our first baby who would have been born in October 2023.
Some of my hobbies are singing, playing the piano, reading, and hanging out by the pool in the summer.
My Christian faith is very important to me, and I strive to bring glory to God in everything I do.
